A shocking case has come to light from Khajrana police station area of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A husband and wife living in Khajrana police station area killed their three-month-old daughter and threw it in a lake. After which he himself informed the police about the matter. Kalu told the police that her three-month-old daughter was found drowned in the lake. The police reached the spot and sent the girl’s body for postmortem. Interrogating his parents, the police became suspicious of the statement of both during the interrogation. However, Kalu told the police that he had a quarrel with his neighbor a few days ago and suspected that he had killed his daughter. The police started an investigation into the whole matter.
Kalu and his wife Sonu, a resident of Indore’s Khajrana police station area, work outside Ganesh Mandik selling flowers and cases of flowers. Kalu said that there was an altercation with the family who were engaged in begging late at night. It is possible that they killed my daughter and threw it away. But after the statement given by the parents, the police investigated the matter thoroughly and also inspected the incident site. Police investigation revealed that there was a water tank a short distance away from where Kalu and his wife were sleeping, from where the girl’s body was found.
The police became suspicious of the parents
Police found a three-month-old minor girl drowned in the lake. After this, the police conducted the postmortem of the girl’s body. The police believed that if someone had picked up the girl who was sleeping with her parents, they would have come to know about it, but Kalu and his wife did not disclose any such incident during interrogation. According to the police, the lid of the tank in which the girl’s body was found was also closed.
When in doubt, hit the girl
The police investigating the case became suspicious of the parents and checked the CCTV installed nearby. After this, father Kalu was detained by the police and subjected to strict interrogation. Kalu, who hails from Chindwara, said he suspected the girl was not his. Because of which he committed the murder in this way and tried to blame the other couple. Now, the police have solved the entire case after investigating the entire matter through the surrounding CCTV footage and various methods and have taken the father into custody in the murder case.
DCP Abhinav Vishwakarma says that the police have investigated the entire matter very thoroughly. Also, looking at the way the parents gave their statements, many questions are being raised. Based on that, this entire matter has come to light.
