Nikhat has been taking salary on fake documents for 18 years
A unique case has come to light in the minority division of Gazipur district of UP. A woman has been working as an assistant teacher for the last 18 years with the help of fake certificates in a madrasa in Bahadurganj of the division. Now the department has issued a notice regarding the recovery of the salary which has been collected from him for so many years.
According to the information, the department has identified a woman named Nikhat Parveen, who is also the president of Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat. The Minority Division has issued a notice to the manager of Madrasatul Masakin of Bahadurganj madrasa and directed to recover the entire salary. The notice says that Nikhat Parvi should deposit the salary in the treasury after giving the details of how much money he took from the treasury in the last 18 years. As soon as this notice was received, panic spread among the madrasa management as well as Nikhat Parveen and his family members.
Riyaz Ansari, president of Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat in Ghazipur, was one of Mukhtar Ansari’s close associates and has served as president many times. His wife Nikhat Parveen has been the President of Nagar Panchayat Bahadurganj. Nikhat Parveen got a job as an assistant teacher in Madrasatul Masakin in Bahadurganj through fake certificates. Which has come out after the complaint of BJP leader Faizan Khan. After this revelation, the Uttar Pradesh government focused on Nikhat Parveen and Riyaz Ansari.
The husband was also caught, then came out
The police arrested Nikhat Parveen after revealing his credentials. Her husband Riyaz Ansari, who was also the current town panchayat president, was continuously absconding after the case. Many others were also absconding. In this regard, many places were raided by the police department. Later Nagar Panchayat President Rayaz Ansari surrendered. Many of his properties were also bulldozed by the administration during this time and many were confiscated. During his absconding, action was also taken against people under the Gangster Act.
After being released on bail, Riyaz Ansari has once again become the president of the Nagar Panchayat. But, the district minority department has issued a notice to the manager of the madrasa, considering the salary drawn by Nikhat Parveen for 18 years as wrong. He has been directed to calculate the amount of salary drawn by him in the last 18 years and inform the department.
Recovery close to 78 lakhs
District Minority Officer Satchidanand Tiwari said that after Nikhat Parvi revealed that she had worked for 18 years through fake certificates, the manager of the madrasa has been served with a notice for recovery of her salary. The notice has sought clarification from him as to how much salary has been withdrawn by him so far. He said that so far according to a rough figure he has received a salary of around Rs 78 lakh. But it will be recovered from them only after its full calculation by the madrasa manager.
