Sunil Kumar who was the CO in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun has finally been transferred. Now he will be posted in EW, Police Headquarters, Lucknow. CO Sunil Kumar, who has been in controversies every day since his training, was in the headlines about three months ago. At that time, it was alleged that he had falsely filed a case against a barber and even sent the barber to jail in that case. Later the barber and his family met the IG and the case was transferred to the Additional SP of Bareilly.
A complaint was also made to the CO administration in this matter. Meanwhile, while transferring deputy superintendents of police on Sunday, the government has also removed Sunil Kumar from Bisauli and transferred him to the EOW (Economic Offenses Investigation Wing) headquarters in Lucknow. In his place, Lucknow Commissionerate ACP Umesh Chandra has been sent to Badaun as CO. According to police officials, CO Sunil Kumar has been in controversy due to his training.

Apart from this, questions were also raised against him regarding the encounter that took place during the posting in Bilsi Circle. However, even then, the police transferred him and covered up the matter with great difficulty. According to Badaun police sources, about three months ago, Sunil Kumar, who was the CO of Bisauli, called a barber for a shave at his home. As the barber shop was very crowded at that time, he was delayed by 20 minutes.

However, the family of the victim barber appeared before IG Bareilly and pleaded for justice, after which the investigation of the case was handed over from CO to Additional SP Bareilly.
