Action against discriminating female teacher

In Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor, action has been taken against a woman teacher for discriminating against students on the basis of religion. The students accused a woman teacher teaching in a government school of discriminating against Hindu and Muslim students in the school on the basis of religion. It harasses Hindu children. The parents of students coming to study in the school have complained to the basic education authority against the female teacher. During the investigation, the allegations leveled against the accused female teacher were found to be true, after which she was suspended.

There is a case of discrimination and atrocities against students in the name of religion in Bhaneda Primary School Government School in Kiratpur Development Block of Bijnour District of Uttar Pradesh. According to the parents of the children studying here, a teacher named Ayesha discriminates against the students who come to study in the school. A female teacher encourages Muslim students to wear hats and study in the classroom. Muslim students forcibly put caps on others’ heads. Instead, the female teacher scolds the other children for this behavior and says what will happen to you if you wear a cap.

Discrimination against Hindu students

Parents alleged that Ayesha madam beats and harasses Hindu students when they come to school after applying Tilak from home. She refused to come to school after applying the tilak. While in the school, the Muslim teacher wears a cap to teach the class and Ayesha madam herself wears a burqa. When the Hindu students of the school complained about this duplicitous behavior of the Muslim teachers at their home, the parents of the students reached the school and expressed their protest to the Principal Rajendra Singh against the discrimination and harassment of the Hindu children. . After this, he went to Bijnor and complained to the District Basic Education Officer about the teacher’s misbehavior with the students in the school on the basis of religion and creed. Taking the parents’ complaint seriously, BSA Yogendra Kumar immediately referred ABSA to BHANEDA for investigation.

Investigation proved the allegations

ABS listened patiently to the Hindu and Muslim students of the school. Also discussed with all the teachers of the school. In an ABSA investigation, teacher Ayesha was found guilty of discriminating on religious grounds and inciting hostility. The investigation report was sent to BSA Yogendra Kumar. On which BSA Bijnor suspended teacher Ayesha for taking interest in non-academic work and inciting religious hatred and discriminatory treatment of students.
