Refusal to buy a balloon in Ujjain proved costly for a young man. The youth was beaten not by one or two but by more than half a dozen people. A video of the beating of the youth is quickly going viral on social media, in which some people can be seen kicking and punching the youth mercilessly. In the video, some minor children are also seen hitting the youth with sticks.
This case comes to light when a youth was beaten up by a child and his family selling balloons outside the Siddhivinayak Tower in Shaheed Park. A dispute arose when the youth refused to buy the balloons. A one-minute-and-58-second video of the entire incident is going viral on social media, in which the battered youth can be seen refusing to buy balloons from children selling balloons.
The young man was severely beaten.
What happened next, first a woman and a man grabbed the young man by his collar and started beating him. Later, the youth was thrown into the drain. In the meantime, as many as 5 children are also seen beating the youth with sticks. Seeing the youth being beaten, some people tried to save him, but the people who were beating pushed the youth away, shouting abuse and other things, pushing everyone away. Later, the woman also beat the youth with a stick.
