BSP chief Mayawati has also intensified preparations for by-elections to be held in all 10 assembly seats of UP. He held a meeting with party leaders regarding the by-elections on Sunday. In this meeting, they deliberated on how to get better results in the by-elections. Apart from this, there was a discussion on how to increase the support of the party. Addressing the party leaders, Mayawati said that the BSP has also decided to field its candidates on all the seats in the by-elections and contest the election with full strength. The new law on conversion and sub-classification of SC-ST community people on the basis of caste is being conspired to create a creamy layer.

The government’s intentions and policies cannot be blindly trusted, so the party has to try to regain the public’s trust in its policy of welfare of the poor and the Bahujan Sukhayan. Similarly, regarding the Nazul Act, Mayawati said that the UP government has created an atmosphere of chaos in the entire state by taking this decision in haste.
