An audio of a man talking about taking money with a complaint at a police station in Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra district is going viral. In the audio it is being said that money has to be paid to prosecute a case. No work is done here without payment. Loan issue aside, if you want to work you have to pay. This audio of such conversation is fast going viral on social media. After the viral audio came to light, SP Doctor Yashvir Singh has taken action in this matter. The accused sub-inspector and clerk have been removed from the police station and sent to the police line.

The entire case is of Myorpur police station in Sonbhadra, where the police station clerk demanded Rs 200 for verification of character certificate. When a complaint was made to the inspector in this matter, the inspector proved to be more than a clerk and clearly said that, if you want to work, you have to give money, no kind of loan will be allowed here. A person has accused Inspector Virendra Yadav and Constable Munshi Nitish Kumar Jaiswal of taking Rs.200. Everyone was shocked when the audio of this transaction went viral on social media and the matter was taken up to the SP.

Conversation in viral audio

In the viral audio, when the man told Inspector Virendra Yadav, ‘Sir, you know us, even after two hundred rupees were taken from my Babuji, Inspector Sahib says many people come and leave saying that. ………does not come. Inspector says that if I had money, I would have given it from myself, but Constable Munshi does not believe. In the audio, the person called the inspector. It is alleged that the inspector accepted the bribe over the phone. It was also said that the Diwan-Munshi does not file the report without charging the facility fee, the inspector also used profanity in the audio.

Superintendent of Police took action

After the viral audio surfaced, Superintendent of Police Dr. Yashvir Singh immediately removed Inspector Virendra Yadav and Munshi Nitish Kumar Jaiswal posted at Meyerpur Police Station and sent them to Police Line Charak and handed over the investigation of the case to Additional Superintendent of Police Operation Tribhuvan.
