Tragic accident in Rajnandgaon

A major accident has occurred in Chhattisgarh’s Rajnandgaon. Eight people have died due to lightning here. The case is from Joratarai village in Somani police station area. Joratarai village is located about 12 kilometers from the district, where the weather suddenly deteriorated in the afternoon and a total of eight people were killed in the accident, of which four were youths and four were school children. According to information received, four youths were killed due to lightning, while four school children also died tragically due to the sky disaster. This incident created an atmosphere of fear in the surrounding areas. A youth has been seriously injured in this accident. People immediately took the young man to the hospital for treatment.

Relief team reached the spot

The youth is under treatment in the hospital. After getting information about the incident, local administration and relief team have reached the spot and relief work has been started. There is an atmosphere of fear among the villagers regarding this accident. The administration has appealed to people to stay in safe places during rains and inclement weather and not to go to any open area. Also, do not let children and the elderly stay outside in such weather as much as possible.
