All right over the weekend, uh Michigan finally got its notice of allegations in the Lafa Connor Stallions.

The no A has come in, uh, believed to be pretty similar.

Uh, certainly and for all intents and purposes of the draft, it’s not like they, the no A is the new, no A is like, oh, sorry, you didn’t do it.

Um, uh, but now Michigan has pat, you could help me 90 days to respond and then the N CS 60 days to respond to that and then they could set a hearing two months after that.

And then, so if you’re expecting, uh, uh, padlocks on the Michigan stadium doors to be thrown down at any moment, um, not gonna happen this year.

So this is where we’re at.

Nope.

Yeah, we’re looking like spring 2025 maybe or something like that for this thing to be resolved at least.

Yeah, and that’s, that’s, that’s, that’s best case, that’s without people asking for extensions and delays and this and that, and we gotta make sure that, you know, the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne is available for the hearing and, and that sort of thing.

Um But yeah, it, it’ll be a while unless, you know, for some reason this no, a presents some, some kind of evidence and we don’t think it does.

That, that Michigan’s like, oh, gosh, let’s just settle this thing.

Uh, that doesn’t seem to be the case and I don’t think they want to settle it so fast that Sharon Moore gets suspended during this season, it’s gonna depend on what the proposed negotiation goes to.

Right.

Yeah.

So it’s gonna be a fantastic, uh, dragged out thing that could affect, materially affect Michigan’s 2025 season, but probably nothing in 2024.
