In fact, the promoters of the company have increased their stake in 5 group companies. This includes Adani Energy Solutions, Adani Enterprises, Ambuja Cement, Adani Power Limited and Adani Green Energy.

The promoters of the Adani Group have increased their stake in the group’s cement company, Ambuja Cements, by 3.59 per cent. It was 66.74 per cent earlier and now it is 70.33 per cent. Gautam Adani and his family have invested around Rs 8,339 crore in Ambuja Cement. The Adani family had invested Rs 5,000 crore in this company in October 2022 and then Rs 6,661 crore in March this year.

Promoters of Adani Group have increased their stake in the group’s flagship company Adani Enterprises by 2.11 per cent. Their stake has now increased to 74.72 per cent. Further, the promoters’ stake in Adani Green will now increase by 1.15 per cent to 57.52 per cent.
The Adani family has increased its stake in Adani Power by 0.96 per cent to 72.71 per cent. Its stake in Adani Energy Solutions has increased by 1.72 per cent to 74.94 per cent.
Apart from this, 5 other companies of the Adani Group are listed on the stock exchange. These companies are ACC Cement, Adani Port, Adani Total Gas, NDTV and Adani Wilmar. There has been no change in the shareholding structure of their promoters till June 30, 2024.
