Why Is Mamata Accused Of Protecting The Accused In The Kolkata Rape Case?

In the case of rape and murder of a junior female doctor in Kolkata, protests are being held across the country. Doctors across the country went on strike together demanding justice and protection for the deceased woman doctor. Demonstrations are also taking place in Kolkata along with across the country. Opposition party leaders, including the Bharatiya Janata Party and the left-wing student body SFI, have been protesting continuously. Although the police have arrested the accused civic volunteer Sanjay Roy in the case, the protesters are alleging the involvement of more people in the case and demanding justice.

Questions were raised on the role of Sandeep Ghosh, principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. He was replaced. Again questions were raised on his appointment and now he has been sent on 21 days leave. Meanwhile, the matter reached the Calcutta High Court and the Calcutta High Court has ordered a CBI investigation into the entire matter. Now CBI is investigating this matter.

But there has been an uproar in the entire state. BJP is now demanding the resignation of CM and Police Minister Mamata Banerjee. Mamata Banerjee is being accused of shielding the accused. Let us know why these allegations are happening? Questions are being raised that why is Mamata Banerjee being accused of protecting the accused in the Kolkata rape case? Why is Mamata Banerjee failing to address this issue? Was the hospital management or the police so negligent that the issue of rape and murder has become a state level and now national level issue?

Officials declared the death a suicide

After the death of the junior doctor, questions were first raised on the role of the hospital management. The hospital management called the deceased’s mother and said that the deceased had committed suicide. How, without any investigation, the deceased’s mother was called by a senior hospital official and the case of rape and murder (which was confirmed in the post-mortem) was declared a suicide. In such a situation, the question arises as to how the officials after seeing the dead body told the woman doctor’s house that it was suicide.

The question is that neither the police nor the hospital officials are inexperienced. It is obvious that they would have the ability to understand whether it was murder or suicide by looking at the dead body. This begs the question, is this not an attempt to cover up the crime? Later, when the mother and father of the deceased reached the hospital, they could not be found for three hours. Questions have been raised about this.

Why not a departmental inquiry against the officers?

Similarly, the report was made about the deceased doctor. Wounds and injuries of the kind referred to therein cannot be caused by the cruelty of one person to another. No matter how powerful he is. From there, the next question is why departmental inquiry was not started in the case of officers and individuals? A case of murder and rape ensued and the officials learned that the housemates had been called on the pretext of ‘suicide’ before starting the investigation. It seems that this may have been done to mislead the investigation. Trying to hide the rest of the criminals shows this mentality. This is also a type of crime. Why was there no investigation against him in such a situation?

Why were there no CCTV cameras in the seminar hall?

Courts, Hospitals and Police Stations. Criminals keep coming and going in these three places. Criminals have to go to these three places due to court cases, hospital treatment and attendance at the police station. So it is necessary to have CCTV cameras in these three places. If where the junior doctor was killed. There was no camera. Who is responsible for seeing that the cameras work properly and that they are regularly maintained? Who is responsible for keeping them bad or taking the opportunity to make them bad? Whose responsibility is it if the camera is found to be not working during the crime? Are questions not necessary to raise?

Question on adjoining room repairs?

Similarly, questions are being raised after the dead body is found in the seminar hall of the junior doctor. However, it is being said by the management that the repair work was to be done here. There were no CCTV cameras. This is understandable, but the way the room adjacent to the seminar hall was repaired. The question arose whether this was done to tamper with the evidence.

BJP has tweeted about this that this is disgusting! West Bengal is burning with anger, even as Mamata Banerjee and her colleague Kolkata Police are busy covering up a brutal rape and murder.

BJP asked Mamata Banerjee a question?

The tweet said that officials of RG Kar Medical College are breaking down walls and destroying important evidence. Evidence that could expose the evil demons behind this heinous act. Is this normal in Mamata’s Bengal, where rapists and murderers are protected because they belong to the TMC elite? The so-called ‘renovation’ in the chest medicine department is a blatant attempt to clean up the crime scene to save the culprits who are rumored to be relatives of TMC leaders. Under your rule, Bengal has become a hell, where women are victims and justice is a joke. Enough is enough, Bengal is now demanding responsibility!

BJP leader Amit Malviya has questioned why the TMC woman MP, who has a very sharp voice, did not have the courage to use words like rape and murder…
