Will The Chief Minister Go To The School And Conduct A Vigil? MLA Of Eknath Shinde’s Party Spoke On The Badlapur Incident

After Kolkata, people’s anger increased further when two girls were raped in a school in Badlapur, Maharashtra. Its effect is being seen in entire Maharashtra. Despite the main accused being sent to 14-day judicial custody in this case, there are mixed reactions from both sides and the opposition. Now an MLA from the Shinde group has made a controversial statement in this matter.

Buldhana Assembly Constituency MLA of Maharashtra Sanjay Gaikwad was asked a question regarding the Badlapur incident in a press conference, to which Sanjay Gaikwad said, “Yesterday I saw the protest, all parties were participating in it.” This is a trend, they don’t even know the age of the girl. They commit atrocities. Now all opposition governments are ruling. But will the Chief Minister now go to the school and take vigil? Is the Maharashtra SP coming to his house? Or the accused says that I am raping, come and catch me? What does he say?

Along with this he further said that such incidents happen, there is a system for this and the police system works. If the police don’t then the CBI does and if the CBI doesn’t then the SIT does, but it doesn’t release the accused. So instead of politicizing such incidents, everyone should try to know how these killers will be punished. Such efforts are not being made in Maharashtra.

Along with this, the principal of that school has also been suspended. A SIT headed by IPS Aarti Singh has been formed to probe the case. Along with this, three policemen who showed negligence in duty have also been ordered to be suspended. In this matter, the case will be heard in the fast track court.
